Golf Clothing For Everyday Wear + Style With a Smile Link Up

I have to confess that the only type of golf I’ve played is pitch and putt, but that doesn’t mean I can’t wear fabulous golfing clothes! When Acegolfs contacted me on Instagram for a collaboration I was intrigued, being pretty clueless about the game. The closest I’ve got to a fairway is a villa overlooking the golf course at Royal Westmoreland in Barbados!

This matching set is made from a super soft, stretchy material that is so comfortable to wear

Luckily, Acegolfs make clothing for everyday wear, not just for playing a round. I chose this navy sweatshirt* and matching capri sweatpants*, plus two patterned tops. The first thing that struck me when I opened the parcel was the fabric quality. This matching set is made from a super soft, stretchy material that is so comfortable to wear. I’ve got to admit that I wasn’t sure the tapered capri trousers would suit me as this style tends to me look “hippy”. But I was really pleasantly surprised at the fit. Both pieces are available in 15 colours, so there’s something for everyone’s taste

The Hyped-up Tropical Quarterzip* top is made of moisture-wicking fabric that has 4-way stretch, making it suitable for the gym or running. Plus, it has UPF50+ sun protection, which is so important when you’re outside for extended periods of time. I used to do my long runs in a black top in this style during the cooler months; you may find it hard to believe that I regularly wore plain old black, but there wasn’t much choice when it came to sports wear. Having colourful prints like this is so refreshing and much more my vibe!

This Tropical Pullover* is a very similar style. It features the same 4-way stretch, and UPF50+ sun protection. There are lots of skorts and skirts in both block colours and prints to pair with these tops. You can also find sleeveless tops, so if you like to play tennis, these would be ideal.
