Red Jumpsuit With Leopard Print Accessories + Style With a Smile Link Up

How’s your week going so far? We had some wild weather today – lashing rain and wind one minute, followed by bright sunshine the next. It makes it difficult to know what to wear doesn’t it? Not that I’m out and about much at the moment with my foot still in the post-op sandal of doom. Only 20 more days!

I bought this red jumpsuit in the Mango sale prior to going on holiday but didn’t wear it because it was too hot

xMiraculously, I managed to get a big batch of outfit photos done before the operation when the weather was settled and still felt vaguely summery. I bought this red jumpsuit in the Mango sale prior to going on holiday. I took it with me but didn’t wear it because it was too hot. The fabric is good quality, not too thin, so it’s ideal for late summer/early autumn. The loose sleeves would allow for a roll-neck top or T-shirt underneath, meaning I can still get some wear out of it this year.

Red and leopard print is always a favourite combination of mine and it seems to be quite popular at the moment. I’m wearing my Strive sandals which match the leopard print bag that I bought on eBay years ago. It’s a simple outfit formula but makes an impact. When I’m back in normal footwear again I’ll switch the sandals for trainers as I don’t think we’ll get much warm weather now until Spring. I’m back at work on Sunday (Pete’s driving as we’re working together) so that will be the first proper test of getting around. So far I’ve only been to the hospital and to Lidl…what a glamourous life!
