Retro Flower Print Suit + Style With a Smile Link Up

I don’t think I’ve ever met a retro floral print that I didn’t like, which makes it hard to resist when something fabulous goes on sale. You may think you’ve seen this suit before, but that’s because it’s very similar to my three piece suit from The Hippie Shake. That suit is my absolute favourite (well, joint favourite with the Iris Apfel H&M suit). So, I pondered buying this one for months (you can’t improve on perfection after all!).

This retro flower print suit is in my favourite colourway: orange and brown

But I’m a sucker for a sale, and since I have this same style in a green, yellow and white print (seen previously here and here), I knew what I was getting. This retro flower print suit is in my favourite colourway: orange and brown. It’s the type of pattern that Pete refers to as 1970s curtains! If Madcap England brought out other versions of this suit I’d definitely buy them because they’re really good quality and the fit is great. (Here’s hoping.) I tried ankle boots but my foot is not quite ready for them all day, so I opted for my gold trainers instead.

Do you ever buy clothes that are very similar to things you already own?
